Ethical Policy

At No.11 Cavendish Square we believe strongly in sourcing the freshest, seasonal produce from local quality suppliers. We buy British produce in keeping with the seasons, both to support British producers and to keep our ‘food miles’ and carbon footprint to a minimum.

All of the fish that we buy is fished using ethical methods and from sustainable fishing grounds.

Our chefs are not tied to limited suppliers, but instead have many choices within each ‘market’ to ensure the greatest variety.

Our approved suppliers range from a specialist rare breed supplier in Essex who provides us with Old Spot pork, Sutton Hoo chicken and Charalais Cross Angus beef (amongst many others!) to a farm that grows vegetables for us in Guildford, Surrey.

We have suppliers in all of London’s premier markets, including the foodies favourite and most inspirational of all markets: Borough...

Our philosophy is always: ‘Great food, starts with fantastic produce’.
